Red Grapes after their Vintage The harvest of grapes is called vintage. Healthy and ripe grapes freshly harvested guarantee best OPC-qualities.

 

Pressing of the grapes

The grapes are pressed after their vintage. The cellarers make various wines out of the grape-juice. Skins and seeds are prepared to extract OPC.
Fresh grape-seeds

The seeds get separated from skins and stalks.
Dried grape-seeds

The seeds are stored after their drying.
